The World Class Supply Chain Manager is the site‑level owner of Operations Excellence and organizational performance, responsible for embedding World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) systems, driving continuous improvement, and creating a high‑performance organization.

 

This role aligns strategy, operating systems, leadership behaviors, and culture to ensure performance is predictable, resilient, and sustainable. As a member of the Rocky Mountain Bottle Company Site Leadership Team in Wheat Ridge, CO, the WCSC Manager acts as a strategic partner and an internal consultant across functions to ensure results are delivered through disciplined systems, clear accountability, and capable leadership.

 

The WCSC Manager is accountable for building and sustaining a high‑performance organization where results are predictable, expectations are clear, and continuous improvement is embedded into how work is planned, executed, and reviewed every day. This includes aligning goals, decision‑making processes, operating rhythms, and leadership behaviors to enable strong execution, adaptability to change, disciplined problem‑solving, and continuous learning across all levels of the organization.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Own delivery of sustained, measurable improvements across safety, quality, cost, delivery, productivity, reliability, and sustainability.
  • Translate World Class Supply Chain and continuous improvement efforts into validated operational and financial results.
  • Lead site readiness, execution, and progression through WCSC phases.
  • Own the site operating system, integrating WCSC, daily management, and leadership routines.
  • Act as the steward of standards, governance, and performance discipline across all functions.
  • Build and sustain a high‑performance organization with clear expectations and consistent accountability.
  • Establish and reinforce operating rhythms that enable predictable, repeatable execution.
  • Develop leaders who drive results through systems, coaching, and structured problem‑solving.
  • Enable a culture where problems are surfaced early and resolved using disciplined methods.
  • Own the site continuous improvement agenda, focusing effort on the most critical business problems.
  • Prioritize improvement opportunities based on impact, resource capacity, and business need.
  • Use data, metrics, and visual management to drive fact‑based decisions and leadership action.
  • Embed improvements into standard work, management routines, and control mechanisms.
  • Ensure gains are sustained over time through follow‑up, review, and reinforcement.

   

Key Ingredients:   

  • 10+ years in manufacturing operations, engineering, or Operations Excellence.
  • Proven experience delivering measurable, sustained business improvements.
  • Strong capability in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or comparable CI systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and frontline teams without direct authority.
  • Strong operations, business, and financial acumen.
  • Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Authentic, inclusive leader who sets high standards and builds trust.
  • Disciplined, calm, and effective under pressure.
  • Strong coach who develops leaders rather than creating dependency.
  • Willing to challenge behaviors and decisions using data and facts.
  • Committed to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $95,700.00 - $125,700.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
