In the role of Technician – RMBC (Inspection) working in Wheat Ridge, CO you are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality through detailed inspection of glass containers while supporting efficient production operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret real-time data, and proactive response to process variations to maintain product integrity and line efficiency. 


What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team to perform thorough inspections of glass containers, ensuring all products meet established quality standards before reaching customers.
  • Continuously monitor production processes by analyzing real-time data to identify trends, anticipate issues, and take proactive corrective actions.
  • Operate and support high-speed manufacturing equipment, maintaining optimal line efficiency through consistent attention to detail and adherence to operational best practices.
  • Maintain the proper flow and functionality of inspection systems, ensuring consistent and accurate detection of defects.
  • Monitor ware quality and inspection equipment performance, promptly identifying and addressing any conditions that could negatively impact product quality or production efficiency.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to quality deviations, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence and ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • High School Diploma or GED.  
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality excellence
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Effective communication and teamwork in a cross-functional environment
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
