Crafted Highlights:   
In the role of Technician – Forming working in Wheat Ridge, CO, you will operate and maintain Bottle Forming machines to meet production and quality targets. You will support equipment upkeep, assist with component changes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process issues while maintaining safety standards.

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

• Continuously, and safely, improves and maintains the Bottle Forming Machine as well as runs on or above target level of productivity.
• Maintaining functions such as swabbing mold equipment, inspecting containers, preventing defects, changing equipment and maintaining housekeeping.
• Actively participates in machine and performance upkeeps, timely communications between inspection, mold shop, machine repair, upkeeps and management of any process problems.
• Assists in the replacement of variable equipment on the Bottle Forming Machine when new parts and assemblies are required, such as hangers, baffles, blow heads, invert arms, etc.
• Observes all company rules concerning safety and housekeeping and consults with specialists and line management to suggest solutions to any associated problems.
• Performs visual inspections of bottles to include bottle finishes, ware handling on conveyors, weight checks, light sides and other visual defects using established inspection criteria.

Key Ingredients: 

• High School Diploma or GED.  Technical School experience preferred
• Bottle forming machine experience preferred
