The Responsibilities: 

• Must be a Safe worker.
• Operate, adjust, and maintain all assigned Batch and Furnace equipment.
• To include Cullet Processing Plant, basement cullet hauling and furnace equipment to assure product quality and efficiency.
• To control the overall process to insure a proper safe operation with a high degree of accuracy.
• To identify and solve operational and quality problems.
• Performs special projects as assigned. Primary duties will be assigned to Cullet Processing Plant.
• Operate Mobile equipment once properly trained and certified.

The Other Qualifications: 

• Safe worker, willing to wear a respirator, and follow all Batch and Furnace safety procedures, and policies.
• High School Graduate, or equivalent
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and good work ethic
• Willing to take direction and execute clear expectations and tasks safely
• Willing to be trained to operate mobile equipment (Trackmobile, Cat 928 Loader, Sellicks and fork trucks).
