Crafted Highlights:   

In the role of Maintenance Lead working in Wheat Ridge, CO you will be accountable to deliver equipment reliability to a World Class Operation utilizing Reliability Centered Maintenance practices to effectively manage maintenance planning and scheduling while optimizing resources, time, and material to execute preventative and predictive tasks. This role is responsible to coordinate and influence resources from maintenance, operations, and management to manage the RMBC maintenance program and ensure its efficient and timely execution.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Execute WCSC processes as a key member of the trio.
  • Maintain CMMS system for area of responsibility including equipment records, work history, work instructions, BOMs and backlog.
  • Deliver complete weekly work packages for execution by multi-skilled maintenance crews under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.
  • Liaison between Production and Maintenance to schedule required maintenance based on accepted priorities.
  • Coordinate use of outside contractors for the department
  • Plan, schedule and manage scheduled plant down-time events
  • Manage maintenance activities within planned budget
  • Lead maintenance improvement projects including breakdown analysis, BDE, RCM, etc.

 

Key Ingredients: 

  • High School Diploma/GED is required, an advanced degree is highly preferred
  • Minimum 5 yrs maintenance craft experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
  • Ability to build strong, cohesive relationships in a team environment and adapt to change.
  • Demonstrated understanding of preventative, predictive and precision maintenance concepts and use of CMMS (SAP Preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical skills

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $95,700.00 - $125,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
