The Headlines:   
In the role of Load Building Specialist working in Wheat Ridge, CO, you will support the Senior Specialist and the operators in providing uninterrupted service to the production process, by building high quality pallets of finished ware.

This position reports to the Line Lead.

The Responsibilities: 

  • Makes decisions in support of Production and prevention of dumping ware.
  • Monitors all packaging equipment looking for mechanical and operational problems, performs minor repairs, adjustments and fine-tuning to achieve maximum equipment efficiency
  • Notifies maintenance of problems that the Load Building Specialist cannot solve. This role will work with Maintenance to learn and improve their skills.
  • Shares knowledge while training the operators to maintain smooth operations.
  • Maintains communications with Senior Specialist, ES, KS, Inspection, Maintenance, etc. to inform them of problems and status updates which may affect Production at RMBC or Brewery.
  • Performs quality checks and records.
  • Moves unbanded pallets as needed utilizing the platen lift.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to, providing physical inventories, handling of suspect ware for quality, maintaining a clean work environment by working as a team.
  • Provides a positive environment to the assigned Packaging & Logistics team.
  • Adheres to all RMBC Safety and Quality practices.


The Other Qualifications: 

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Able to interpret and adhere to all company safety and personnel policies.
  • Able to work and contribute in a team environment.
  • Double-wide forklift experience a plus.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude a plus.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
