In the role of Line Lead - Forming working in Wheat Ridge, CO you will be part of the Rocky Mountain Bottle Company (RMBC) team. You will be responsible for leading the 24/7 operations of the forming department, fostering a high-performance culture through employee engagement and talent development. It involves building a winning team by modeling WCSC standard work principles, recognizing individual and team contributions, and facilitating the forming technician development program to ensure operational excellence. The leader conducts regular one-on-one development conversations, collaborates across plant departments and the supply chain, and mentors team members to uphold accountability and drive results. Additionally, the role supports structured communication processes and guides the team through change with clarity and consistency

 

This position reports to Assistant Plant Manager. 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
  • Builds effective partnerships across the plant (Batch & Furnace /Conditioning / Forming / Inspection & Packaging / Quality / Mold and Machine Repair and Maintenance) and supply chain network
  • Supports and participates in structured communications throughout the department and provides feedback to teams participating in the structured communications process to enhance effectiveness 

 

 

Key Ingredients:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management OR equivalent experience (3+ years) in the field of forming
  • You have at least 3-5 years experience in a leadership role in manufacturing operations
  • You have lean manufacturing experience
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $93,800.00 - $123,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
