Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Sr. Mgr Operations and Sales working in Water Town, WI you will be part of the operations management team. You will have full responsibility of delivering the business plan to the Molson Coors organization through safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Watertown Hops Company facility. Moreover, you will develop and implement strategies that will optimize performance in cross functional areas across the business. You will identify and secure global business growth opportunities within the $40 million hops category through development and execution of procurement and sales strategies that encompass 28 countries, 6 regions and five continents.
This position reports to VP Support Manufacturing and works closely with cross functional teams across the business.
What You'll Be Brewing:
· Most importantly, you will lead a team of 5 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
· Lead the frontline and staff organizations operating in a diverse production facility in all aspects of production of hops
· Develop and implement facility operating strategies designed to safely control costs and improve quality levels in the hops production facility.
· Grow and maintain an operating culture centered on the Molson Coors World Class Supply Chain.
· Develop long term strategies for the business that are aligned with Molson Coors strategic objectives. Integrate this direction into short term business plans
· Operate and maintain the facility in a manner that meets or exceeds all company and regulatory safety, environmental and certification requirements.
· Identify and leverage global sales opportunities for $18M-22M Min gross sales through the development and execution of procurement and sales.
Key Ingredients:
· You will have excellent communication and personal skills.
· You will have working knowledge of the company’s quality assurance program, HACCP/GMP, FSSC 2200, ISO 9001 systems and programs, and new product development protocol.
· You will have a good knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory agency requirements as they pertain to the industry. This includes TTB, FDA, OSHA PSM and ARM programs, EPA, DOT, DNR and various environmental groups.
· You will have working knowledge of sales and marketing tactics

· You have a bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain OR equivalent experience (8+ years) in the field of plant management or manufacturing
· You have at least 10+ years experience in manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $129,900.00 - $170,500.00 (posting salary range) + 20% target short term incentive + target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
