In the role of Office Coordinator working in Watertown, WI you will be part of the Watertown Hops Company team. You will perform critical job functions such as Customer Service, Operations Support, Procurement and Plant Administration for the Watertown Hops Company. This role requires a diverse set of skills focused in multiple areas and demands strong prioritization, communication, and networking capabilities to support a broad range of responsibilities.

This position reports to the Chemical Engineer and works closely with Production Management, suppliers, customers, shipping partners, vendors, and Watertown Hops Company employees to support daily operations and business objectives.

What You'll Be Brewing

  • Receive, confirm, and document customer orders, manage international customs documentation, maintain shipment records, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Support operations through inventory monitoring, coordination of brewery shipments, and documentation and shipping of spent catalyst materials.
  • Manage procurement activities including ordering goods and services through Ariba and SAP, vendor setup, invoice processing, and procurement record maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, expense reporting, and support for Watertown Hops Management and employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and information across multiple systems while supporting efficient plant and business operations.

 

Key Ingredients

  • You have an Associate's degree (or higher) in an applicable area of focus OR equivalent experience in a related field.
  • You have experience using Microsoft Office applications and business systems to manage information and support daily operations.
  • You have experience prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You build relationships and collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • You take accountability for results, act with integrity, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
  • You possess strong organizational and communication skills and are committed to maintaining accurate records and processes.
  • You have a thirst for learning and continuously seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and capabilities.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $56,600.00 - $74,300.00 (posting salary range) + 5target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
