The Headlines:   

In the role of Office & Shipping Coordinator working in Watertown, WI you will be part of the Operations Team.  You will perform critical job functions such as customer service, operations support, arranging transportation,procurement and plant administration for the Watertown Hops Company.

 

This position requires a diverse set of skills focused in multiple areas and, thus, demands strong prioritization skills as well as communication, in particular written communication, capabilities.

 

This position reports to the Plant Chemical Engineer and works closely with other cross functional teams.

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Service support; receive, confirm, and document all WHC orders
  • Manage and satisfy all customs documentation for international orders
  • Verify sales forecast vs. actual orders
  • Maintain all Shipment worksheets, records and reports
  • Promptly respond to all misc. customer inquiries (MSDS, Product Specs, etc)
  • Coordinate transportation for orders
  • Monitor Brewery Hop Product Inventory and inform Management of demand
  • Ordering utilizing Ariba and SAP
  • Data entry & invoice preparation
  • Administrative Support for Watertown Hops Management and Employees
  • Maintain office and administrative supplies

 

The Other Qualifications: 

  • You have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration OR equivalent experience (1-3 years) in the field of Business Administration, Clerical Administration or as an Office or Shipping Coordinator.  
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in Office Coordinating.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $55,500.00 - $72,900.00 (posting salary range) + 5target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
