The Headlines:   

In the role of Process Leader - Brewing working in Trenton, OH you will be part of the brewing team in manufacturing operations.  You will be responsible for the leadership of people resources on a day to day basis within a particular area of the brewing department to ensure high quality products are produced safely and cost effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and continuous improvement of a process or system. You will leverage MillerCoors World Class Supply Chain 2.0 principles and best work practices which contribute to world class standards of operation to continuously improve performance.   

 

You will be part of a team of production supervisors leading brewing departmental operations towards the vision of a high performance team culture and drive change management initiatives to continually improve both plant and process operations to meet World Class Operations Standards.   

 

This position reports to the Unit Manager - Brewing and works closely with brewery workers, skilled trades, quality, and other operational teams. 

 

Schedule: Off shift 4x10

 

The Responsibilities:  

  • Lead & manage operations teams to ensure all performance targets related to Value, Quality, People and Service are met in line with the business plan. 

  • Manages asset care in area of responsibility 

  • Delivers cost and productivity 

  • Drives continuous improvement and leads problem solving 

 

The Other Qualifications: 

  • Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment 

  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business  

  • You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.   

  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development  

  • You will have a BS or BA degree in Brewing Technology, Biology, Microbiology, Food Science or related field but we prefer you have an advanced degree in Business Management 

  • Certificate in Brewing Science (Siebels or IBD) preferred. 

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in brewing industry or related industry.
