The Headlines

In the role of Health Services Specialist working in Trenton, OH you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Organization. You will manage Health Services responsibilities which include treatment of ill/injured employees, medical accommodations, Worker’s Compensation, FMLA, Sickness & Accident case management, OSHA regulatory compliance, safety support, Medgate data entry and health/wellness programs.


In this role, it’s critical to drive value by supervising and auditing Health Services activities and programs, including Medgate, hearing conservation, and respiratory protection to maintain compliance with OSHA and Corporate Safety/Health standards and procedures. 


This position reports to Manager of Safety. 


The Responsibilities:

  • Manage the facility Health Services / Medical programs
  • Furnish guidance and direction to contract physician with regards to employee health and accident treatment, OSHA compliance and Company policies and procedures
  • Manage and coordinate with the TPA the Worker’s Compensation, S&A and FMLA program and related injury management
  • Coordinate training and activities of First Responder program and participants
  • Develop, implement and communicate various employee wellness programs
  • Coordinate EAP referrals and reports


The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s of Nursing degree
  • You have a minimum of four (4) years experience in Occupational Health, Ergonomics, Safety or other related subject required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in Workers’ Compensation Case Management.
  • Knowledge of OSHA compliance requirements and other industrial safety and health standards
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business You exhibit our core values and demonstrate our Molson Coors Success Factors
