Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Senior Financial Analyst - Marketing, working in Toronto, ON, you will be part of the Finance team. You will be supporting our Marketing and Partner Brands, work closely with the Molson Coors Commercial Team and Heineken business partners to prepare financial analysis used for marketing investment decisions. Financial analysis can include, but not limited to, spend variance analysis, business cases evaluating ROI, post-mortem evaluations, and sku profitability assessments.
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of On Premise and Marketing.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Use proper framework for analytical support to provide the commercial team and coordinate the proper approval workflow
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals in accordance with the Agreement and ensure complete and accurate reporting of marketing expenditures
- Produce accurate, complete, and timely financial analysis and reporting of the actual performance for marketing spend and partnership brand related costs; includes variance analysis of actuals versus AOP, LE, and previous year with communication of results
- Support financial analysis for business decisions impacting marketing expenditures, including preparing reports with supporting documentation for monthly review of marketing expenditures with Heineken partners
- Participate in the elaboration and analysis of the annual budget (AOP) and monthly forecast (LE)
- Produce post-mortem financial analysis on investment profitability and effectiveness vs. ROI/Business case
- Work with commercial team and Heineken business partners
Key Ingredients:
- University Degree and Accounting Designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) strongly preferred
- You have 2+ years’ related work experience, beverage industry preferred
- SAP experience is an asset
- You have experience in business with high volume of transactions supported by customer contract agreement
- You have strong analytical skills, attention to details, and critical thinking capabilities, and you can effectively work in a team environment and also work independently
- You are confident, proactive, and an effective communicator with finely honed, value-added customer service skills

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $75,000.00 - $98,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
