Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Customer Supply Analyst, working out of Toronto ON, you will be a part of the Canada Supply & Service team. You will be responsible for the execution of the inventory and deployment plan for key customers within your assigned area as well as developing reports and monitoring of key metrics within our customer supply chain.

 

This position reports to the Process Lead – Customer Supply Chain and works closely with supply chain teams, sales and commercial teams, and external partners.

 

What you’ll be Brewing:

  • Responsible for creating and influencing the inventory plan within our network or with customers to meet the requirements of the supply plan with focus in achieving targeted customer service levels while optimizing resource utilization and maintaining supply chain effectiveness.
  • Manage customer orders and monitor the execution of inventory movements for streamlined distribution within the supply network and to customers.
  • Influence and manage inventory levels with customers within set parameters to ensure service is met with minimal obsolescence.
  • Report on key metrics and update reports for the customer supply chain, to monitor in-stock %, forecast and coverage levels with customers.
  • Track and facilitate timely execution of promotions and new innovations at deployment level with customers and collaborate with our internal commercial and supply chain functions to ensure flawless execution.
  • Work in conjunction and collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams to resolve issues as needed.

  

Key Ingredients: 

  • 1-3 years of relevant Supply Chain experience within inventory management, logistics, supply chain planning, and/or customer service.
  • A relevant degree, diploma or accreditation in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other relevant field of study preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work well with cross functional teams
  • Strong Excel, Power BI, Tableau and/or reporting skills
  • SAP or relevant inventory system management experience

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $75,000.00 - $98,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
