In the role of Assistant Manager, Partnerships working in Toronto, you will be part of the Molson Coors Brand Marketing team. We are on a mission to build brands that more people want to hang out with – that means embedding our brands into culture and having the bravery to do breakthrough work, that matters, and that people will care about.
That’s what this role will be all about. It is primarily accountable for building and executing our Partnership Marketing brand plans & initiatives, working with great people across our organization to deliver work you can be proud of and results that will make a difference.
This position reports to a Senior Manager, Partnerships and works closely with the broader Marketing and Commercial teams, here in Canada and in the US.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
· Accelerate Molson Coors Canada’s ambitions to become First Choice for Consumers and Customers by delivering strategic consumer focused experiences and flawless management of a Partnership Portfolio for some of Molson Coors Canada’s Iconic Brands.
· Work alongside the broader Partnerships Marketing team to develop breakthrough ideas that will deliver against the growth opportunities and come to life in key elements of the brand’s marketing plan, including media and communications, experiential and partnerships activation in our On-Premise and Retail channels.
· Manage and lead the execution of integrated partnership marketing campaigns, collaborating with commercial partners across all divisions of the business, including Customer Solutions, Sales and Legal.
· Inspire an external portfolio of 3-4 Partners to do meaningful, disruptive and innovative work. Work with external agencies with multiple disciplines including consumer experiences, creative, media and PR.

· You have at least 3 years' experience in Consumer Experience and/or integrated Partnership Marketing
· You have had agency experience (not mandatory)

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $67,700.00 - $88,800.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
