The Headlines:    

In the role of Associate Brand Manager – Mexico, you will be Marketing department of MolsonCoors Beverage company. You will be Responsible for the execution and implementation of the brand plan including advertising, digital communication, retail programming, event programing. This role will recommend, develop and execute marketing strategies, plans and programs that build on consumer and customer insights, for a specific brand(s). Will be responsible for day-to-day operations on all aspects of the brand business including project management, agency management, budget management and managing all local stake-holders. Will also support Regional marketing manager to analyze the consumer, trade, market dynamics with direct input into performance reviews and brand planning.

  

This position reports to Sr. Regional Marketing Manager

  

 

The Responsibilities: 

 

  • Assist the Sr. Regional Marketing Manager in the development of the market level brand plans
  • Execute the digital strategy, ownership of the digital execution including planning, media planning, content development, social listening as well as measurement and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and tropicaliztion of the local market programming including collaboration with the regional marketing manager, sales and customer teams as well as the global brand team on occasion to deliver high standards of consumer communication, activation plans and selling tools.
  • Execute the brand activation plan, using a high standard of project management to ensure key delivery dates are met
  • Manage the brand budgets effectively and accurately, providing after actions reviews with clear KPIs for brand and program performance
  • Manages initiatives with scope across the enterprise and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for selling marketing brand programming to external stakeholders including brewing partners, distributors and and key retailers
  • The role is one of influence and evangelism, so it’s important that this person is able to form strong relationships throughout Molson Coors and with key partners
  • Understand and deliver comprehensive insights into the performance of the Brand (including market and competitive data, Consumer, Shopper, Customer insights as well as activation learnings

  

  

The Other Qualifications:  

 

  • Minimum of a bachelors’ degree or Masters’ degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years of previous marketing experience with high profile CPG brands
  • Knowledge and experience in the areas of brand management, executing brand strategies, marketing principles, creative development process
  • Previous beverage/alcohol/Premium brands experience preferred
  • Strong Digital/Social knowledge an understanding the social landscape
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Computer literate, including Excel and PowerPoint.
