The Headlines:   

In the role of Barley Material Procurement Coordinator working in Monte Vista, CO In the role of Procurement Coordinator working in Monte Vista, Colorado.

You will analyze purchase and ship barley based on MCBC quality parameters. In addition to this you will be responsible for data management and accounting process of the elevator

 

Additional responsibilities with include office management and participation in our safety program. This is a role that requires attention to detail and prioritization of daily activities.  You will also need to be able to build and maintain good working relationships with fellow coworkers, barley growers and business partners.

This position reports to the Colorado Regional Manager and works closely with other cross functional teams.

The Responsibilities: 

  • Barley Purchasing and Shipping Quality Checks
  • Ensure that the purchase of the Barley is within the Barley Bookkeeping.
  • Data Management- Maintaining adequate office and laboratory supplies
  • Managing records
  • Ensuring the safety process, procedures and records

The Other Qualifications: 

  • You have an High School Diploma or GED
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • You have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce quality work with minimal errors.
  • Adaptability and the ability to shift focus and pivot focus when a quick response is needed to change in organizational priorities
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $43,400.00 - $57,000.00 (posting salary range) + 5target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
