In the role of WCSC Manager, working within our Manufacturing and Supply Chain team, you will lead the implementation and execution of World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) processes across a manufacturing site. You will help drive continuous improvement, capability building, and cultural transformation that support operational excellence and business performance. As a trusted advisor to site leadership, you will lead strategic planning efforts, support change management initiatives, and partner across functions to advance the site's WCSC journey and long-term goals.

This position reports to the Operations Director and works closely with brewery leadership teams, department managers, manufacturing employees, corporate supply chain partners, and cross-functional stakeholders across the business.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Most importantly, you will lead and support the development of 1-2 manufacturing associates, providing coaching, mentorship, and opportunities for growth while helping build the next generation of leaders.
  • Build site capability in World Class Supply Chain methodologies by driving loss elimination initiatives and supporting the site's progression through WCSC phases and performance milestones.
  • Lead the site's change management strategy, helping teams successfully adopt new processes, technologies, capital projects, and operational improvements while strengthening organizational agility.
  • Partner with site leadership to develop strategic priorities, annual master plans, contingency plans, and continuous improvement initiatives that support operational and business objectives.
  • Promote and educate employees on WCSC principles, providing coaching, guidance, and expertise that help teams achieve sustainable results and operational excellence.

Key Ingredients:

  • You are an authentic leader who values and respects differences and believes diversity with inclusion is essential to building strong teams and driving results.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience (4+ additional years) in a relevant field such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • You have 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, continuous improvement, or related operational environments.
  • You have experience leading or supporting large-scale operational improvement, transformation, or change management initiatives.
  • You build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple levels of an organization, from front-line employees to senior leaders.
  • You are skilled at translating complex operational and technical concepts into practical solutions and clear communication for diverse audiences.
  • You take accountability for results, act with integrity, and follow through on commitments.
  • You enjoy learning, coaching others, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • You have experience developing teams through mentoring, training, and capability building.
  • You bring expertise in continuous improvement systems, operational excellence, or World Class Supply Chain methodologies.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $97,400.00 - $127,900.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
