The Headlines:   

In the role of WCSC Change Management Leader – Americas working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be part of the Technical Services and Packaging Team.  You will lead the regional IM pillar community to develop and sustain the corporate change management strategy with emphasis on value creation through excellent execution of all change.  This role is a key contributor to deliver supply chain transformation projects right the first time via improved adoption, productivity, and speed to deliver changes which requires strong internal relationships with corporate functions, and manufacturing operations.

 

This position reports to Sr Director World Class Supply Chain and works closely with Pillar and World Class Supply Chain Leads.

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 1-2 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations 
  • Responsible for the executional progress of IM Pillar phase progression milestones within the 9 large breweries and setting the strategy for managing the category change forecast impacting supply chain (ie. capex, NPI, opex, digital).
  • Owner of the corporate change management strategy aligning resources to priorities and creating sustainment accountability. 
  • Responsible for leading the implementation and progression of the IM pillar across the Americas (defining regional strategy, pillar masterplan, capability building, resources allocation, succession planning, coaching to sites, monthly calls) to support all change.
  • Lead the corporate approach to change management ensuring compliance with all impacted functions leading change via corporate change management board / regional pillar team.
  • Manage regional performance against IM pillar measures and all change related business results (success criteria, vertical start/up) to identify loss themes and capability gaps while providing updates and collaborating on issue resolution with Supply Chain Leadership Team
  • Accountable for IM pillar system health checks and leading capability building workshops at each of the large breweries and corporate (as needed).

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR equivalent experience (5-8 years) in the field of World Class Supply Chain
  • Certifications in Six Sigma, Change Management, Black Belt are preferred
  • Understanding and a network of resources for corporate technical communities and the brewery network
  • Willing to travel ~50% of the time
  • Ability to communicate complex and technical issues in simple terms to be understood by a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Act as a role model with recognized leadership skills and proven capability for the training, coaching and professional development
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
