In the role of WCSC System Governance Lead working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the WCSC team.  You will lead the governance and administration of the WCSC SharePoint environment across North American operations. This role safeguards our multimillion-dollar investment in WCSC intellectual property by ensuring robust document lifecycle management, system performance, and secure collaboration. The Systems Governance Lead serves as the operational IT liaison, enabling continuous improvement and supporting global deployment of WCSC best practices.

 

This position reports to WCSC Sr. Director. The WCSC System Governance Lead will work closely with the corporate WCSC regional pillar team, IT, and SC Capabilities.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Architect and manage the WCSC SharePoint site, optimizing navigation, metadata taxonomy, and user experience
  • Implement and enforce document governance protocols including version control, retention policies, and IP compliance.
  • Design and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline approvals, updates, and notifications.
  • Develop visual standards, SOPs, and component-level documentation to support equipment ownership.
  • Act as liaison between WCSC pillar leads and IT, translating business needs into scalable SharePoint solutions.
  • Lead training and onboarding for contributors and site owners; promote knowledge management best practices.
  • Coordinate with outsourced IT providers to maintain system stability and resolve application incidents.
  • Serve as a component-level expert (e.g., fasteners, drives) and help develop corporate standards and training content in partnership with the Engineering & Technology (E&T) pillar.
  • Support deployment of new systems and updates in partnership with SC capabilities, minimizing operational impact.
  • Partner with regional and global WCSC leads to ensure timely updates and consistent application of standards
  • Develop and execute change management and communication plans for system updates and deployments.

 

Key Ingredients: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Field OR equivalent experience (5-8 Years) in SharePoint administration, system governance, or knowledge management, ideally in manufacturing, engineering or operations.
  • You have at least 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing or technical environment such as IT/IT Systems.
  • Familiarity with WCSC, TPM, Lean Working knowledge of technical drawings, safety protocols, and equipment fundamentals.
  • Eagerness to learn SAP PM, Augury, CMMS and predictive analytics systems
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $92,100.00 - $120,900.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
