The Headlines:   

In the role of WCSC Deployment Pillar Lead working in Milwaukee, WI you will be responsible for leading the implementation and progression of the FI pillar across NA (defining regional strategy, pillar masterplan, resources allocation, succession planning, coaching to sites, monthly calls).


This position reports to Sr. Director; NA WCSC. 


The Responsibilities: 

  • Maintains the regional tracking system for FI pillar leader staffing & qualification including UPS.  Accountable for building capability via UPS workshops across the region ensuring that WCSC 2.0 work is loss focused and targeted to delivering OGMS targets
  • Responsible for owning the Standardized Brewery (Tier 3) Scorecard process for NA
  • PR system owner for NA – ensures processes for these systems are properly deployed within the breweries.  Provides input and feedback to the regional pillar teams for continuous improvement of work processes, materials, and content.  Confirms PR standards are being maintained through training, execution, and qualification
  • Responsible for annual pillar assessments - providing direction and inputs/feedback that have equal focus on results achievement and capability development


The Other Qualifications: .

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field
  • You have at least 7-10 years experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain related roles
  • Experience with integrated work systems/lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, project management, TPM, and master planning
  • Highly skilled in coaching change, setting strategy, communicating, and influencing leaders
  • Subject Matter Expert in AM – can formally qualify the breweries in the step audit for the relevant pillar steps
  • Collaboration agreement
  • RTT Technical Mastery – Demonstrated ability to effectively assess gaps and coach DDS, RTT DMSs, planned stops, and the importance of equipment and system ownership
  • Highly skilled at using a range of advanced problem-solving tools DMAIC, End State Analysis, Loss Analysis, Six Sigma, etc.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
