The Headlines:
In the role of VP Procurement located in Milwaukee, WI, you will be responsible for leading the procurement strategy and efforts for all third party spend in the Americas Business Unit at Molson Coors to deliver company goals. Close partnership with the EMEA&APAC Procurement function is needed to drive enterprise strategy and supplier relationships. In some cases, this role will lead enterprise procurement for select categories. Third party spend include categories such as Brewing Ingredients, Packaging Materials, Logistics, Capital Equipment, Industrial Services & Supplies, Marketing Agency, Sponsorships, IT, HR Services, Travel, Branded Merchandise and Displays
This position reports to the Global Chief Finance Officer and works closely with the Chief Supply Chain Officer, the European Director of Procurement and other senior leaders across Molson Coors. This position is a member of the Molson Coors Leadership team as well as the Global Finance and the Americas Supply Chain Leadership teams
The Responsibilities:
· Lead the development and implementation of short- and long-term category and procurement strategies for all Americas third party spend, including market and industry analysis, sourcing, negotiations, process improvements and demand management to drive annual recurring cost improvements and Total Procurement Financial Value on a baseline spend of ~$7B
· Lead the Procurement function of ~100 talented colleagues, setting the strategic direction of the overall function to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
· Manager of the Procurement Leadership Team, with multiple direct reports, supporting their performance and development through robust goal setting and one on one conversations, career discussions and performance reviews
· Provide people development and transformational leadership to all direct and indirect staff as well as collaborate and influence stakeholders on Enterprise third party supplier spend
· Lead, and/or support Supplier Relationship Management strategies across all Americas third party suppliers to drive optimal supplier performance, deliver Supplier Diversity growth, enable Sustainability goals and promote innovation
· Support financial planning and reporting processes for Americas third party Spend, including Annual Operating Plans, Long Range Plans and efficiency or cost savings metrics
· Lead Molson Coors Third Party Risk Committee to identify risks, implement mitigation measures and develop supply assurance plans
· Develop and execute plans with North America suppliers that enable the delivery of Molson Coors sustainability commitments
· Own the Global Procurement Policy and monitor KPIs to ensure compliance
· Support/ lead the development of procure to pay process and KPIs to ensure timely and efficient procurement of goods and services
· Voting member of the Molson Coors Financial Risk Committee that is responsible for overseeing the global commodity hedging strategy to reduce financial volatility
The Other Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred and 15 or more years of relevant procurement experience

· Proven track record to provide strategic thought leadership and credibility to influence leadership and deliver results
· Demonstrated ability to work in virtual teams, matrixed organization and fast paced environment
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with key stakeholders with diverse cultures, geographies, and personalities
· Advanced procurement skills including category management, negotiation, cost model development and supplier relationship management strategies
· Experience working at large CPG company, preferably in the beverage industry
