In the role of Manager – Value Realization, working in Milwaukee, WI you will be a core member of the Integrated Business Planning team. You will partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and Finance to ensure IBP decisions translate into real, measurable financial and operational results.
This role focuses on tracking, validating, and realizing value from IBP initiatives, scenarios, and executive decisions. You will serve as the bridge between planning and execution—owning benefit realization, performance insights, and accountability across the IBP cycle.
This position reports to the VP, Integrated Business Planning.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Own the IBP value realization framework, translating planning decisions into clearly defined financial and operational benefits
- Track and report realization of IBP initiatives across cost, service, inventory, margin, capacity, and working capital
- Partner with Finance to validate assumptions, benefits, and realized outcomes tied to IBP decisions
- Produce accurate, timely reporting on plan vs. actual performance, including root-cause analysis of variances
- Support Executive IBP by ensuring decisions are documented, assigned, tracked, and executed
- Develop post-implementation reviews to assess decision quality and benefit realization
- Build executive-ready dashboards and insights to support trade-off decisions and escalation
- Identify systemic gaps in planning accuracy, execution discipline, or governance and drive continuous improvement
- Act as a trusted cross-functional partner, challenging assumptions and surfacing risks to value realization
Key Ingredients:
- You bring 7+ years of experience across Supply Chain, IBP / S&OP, Finance, or Operations roles
- You have hands-on experience operating within or directly supporting an IBP or S&OP framework
- You demonstrate strong financial acumen, with the ability to translate operational decisions into P&L and balance-sheet impact
- You possess advanced analytical and reporting skills, including Excel, Power BI, and planning systems
- You have experience working cross-functionally in manufacturing, CPG, or food & beverage environments (preferred)
- You have exposure to IBP planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, OMP, Anaplan, or similar platforms
- You are a strong communicator, comfortable operating in executive and senior leadership forums
- You bring high accountability, structured thinking, and comfort navigating ambiguity

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $97,400.00 - $127,900.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
