The Headlines:   

In the role of Hire to Retire Tower Lead. You will be responsible for the thought-leadership and coordination of Hire to Retire operations in the GBS Milwaukee Center for North America by leading a team of Team Leads. The role is responsible for ensuring alignment with the HR teams priorities, audit requirements and North America business objectives. This includes the strategic thinking and tactical incorporation of HR activities, including payroll for the company strategic partnerships (Yuengling JV) and the further inclusion of the Canada and Latam processes.

 

This position reports to Sr Director GBS North America and must establish and maintain strong and effective ways of working between the GBS Mke Center and the teams it supports. Additionally, this role will collaborate, communicate and influence HR leaders the areas that they support (Payroll, including time and attendance, governance) Benefits, Talent Acquisition and people development, all while demonstrating a strong customer delivery mindset supported by KPI’s.

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 2-3 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one-on-one conversations
  • Drive an empowered and engaged high performance culture focused on continuous improvement and service delivery. - Actively develop team members to build business bench and meet individual’s career and development aspirations. - Coach, mentor and provide feedback and guidance to team members. - Design & implement people strategy; build leaders and ensure succession management within the designated team. - Adhere to MCBC HR practices in terms of people retention, performance assessment, motivation and talent development. - Own and facilitate team meetings for better process performance and enhancement of team skills. - Facilitate issue resolution not only within team but also cross functionally.
  • Observe and reflect, to be forward-thinking, considering others' ideas, incorporating customer needs and building repeatable, effective processes. -Foster a shared understanding thru partnership on HTR Customer Council (includes Chief People Officer and their VP Direct Reports), focusing on the analysis of critical factors that will influence the long-term success of the function and the organization. -Establish strategy for Continuous Improvements (CI) based on organizational priorities, using technology and/or process changes, acts as a change agent for the CI implementation. -Oversee the formulation of GBS migration/transition plans, validate and support the migration, and align to project governance and escalations. -Ensure seamless execution during and after all migration phases, transitioning smoothly without any gaps or stop in process.
  • Responsible for overall delivery of HTR activities that its team is responsible for, including coordinating with Business Process Owners and other teams within GBS and North America to streamline the end-to-end process. - Responsible for establishing and reporting KPI's to ensure that the team is meeting the needs of the Business that it supports. - Oversees the service management of the team including ensuring that there is a proper governance structure to address the service delivery requirements of the Business - Accountable for ensuring team actions and implements Continuous Improvements necessary to meet the needs of the business as well as ensures compliance with applicable controls. - Ensures that the end-to-end Process Maps and SOP's are followed and process controls are in place and operating effectively. -Builds and uses knowledge of industry trends and thought leadership to identify opportunities to improve processes either through general improvements, simplification/standardization or via new technologies. -Support and assist in the implementation of technology solutions to drive standardization including defining the business requirements
  • Builds and maintains strong and effective relationships with various HR Directors, VP's and Chief People Officer and business process owners to foster trust, commitment, accountability and results. - Fosters a strong customer service culture across the Hire to Retire team to ensure quality services are delivered to the Business. - Builds and maintains relationships by collaborating across the Business and departments
  • Ensure compliance with all government (state, local and federal) requirements and partner with Tax and Legals Departments where appropriate. -Oversee department budget creation and management -Coordinate with Financial Planning & Analysis team to deliver the annual salary and fringe for AOP - Accountable for balance sheet and financial controls for North America, including US, Canada and Latin America - Identify and drive opportunities for cost savings

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Management or Finance OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field in HR, Payroll, and Business
  • You have at least 10 years experience in HR, Payroll and Business
