Crafted Highlights
In the role of full time Lead Tour Guide working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Guest Relations Team. You will work as a brand ambassador, representing a rich history of our family of brands through guided tours. You will assist with the team’s weekly schedule, policy/procedure manuals, and lead all evacuation trainings for new hires as well as quarterly all team evacuation trainings. You will act as MIC (Manager in Charge), opening and closing the tour route daily and ensuring all issues are handled swiftly and professionally.
This position reports to the Bar Specialist and works closely with the Guest Relations Teams.
What You’ll Be Brewing
- Most importantly, you will lead a team of 10-20 talented colleagues, supporting their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
- Serve as the primary on site point of contact, addressing guest and staff concerns, safety issues, maintenance and housekeeping needs, and weather or evacuation situations
- Collaborate on operational responsibilities to enhance both tour and event spaces and are on a path of continued growth and development.
- Share informative and entertaining insights into brewery operations and history while connecting with guests throughout the one-hour scripted tour
- Maintain and provide a safe customer experience in accordance with all MCBC safety protocols.
- Support and help resolve issues related to smart lockers, scheduling and reservation systems, and guest flow
- Work effectively in a collaborative environment with strong communication skills
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and train team on processes and procedures
Key Ingredients

- You have a high school diploma or GED
- You have 1-3 years customer service experience
- You are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- You can handle moderate lifting up to 50 lbs., standing or sitting for extended periods, and significant walking and stair climbing throughout the day
- You can perform physical aspects of the role, including walking, standing for extended periods of time, and navigating stairs and ladders.
- You enjoy a challenge and manage complex situations with an understanding of business priorities

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $33,500.00 - $44,000.00 (posting salary range) + 5% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
