The Headlines:   

In the role of Supply Manager – G&A, working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the G&A Procurement team for Molson Coors - Americas.  The Supply Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies in support of the North American Facilities, EH&S, and Office Supply categories. This will include developing appropriate sourcing strategies, leading negotiations, delivering cost savings, and managing supplier and stakeholder relationships.
 
This position reports the Sr. Category Manager for G&A Procurement and works closely with cross functional teams.
 

 

 

 

 

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Managing a high volume of category supplier relationships, including score carding and monitoring KPIs
  • Delivering category objectives within the Americas business unit
  • Assessing and managing category risks and opportunities
  • Managing category annual operating plan cycle, and supporting budget processes
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to align on company priorities
  • Understanding relevant business priorities and needs
  • Owning and overseeing contract compliance once agreement is signed
  • Maintaining cost savings targets
  • Business acumen

 

 

 

The Other Qualifications: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree / 3 or more years of relevant experience
  • You are skilled in developing category strategies, strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and contract negotiations
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
