In the role of Supply Manager – Forecasting & POS, based in Milwaukee, WI, you will be a key member of the Procurement team. You will partner with U.S. stakeholders to develop, support, and execute POS and merchandise retail strategies. This role applies strategic sourcing methodologies including spend analysis, e‑auctions for large‑scale programs, and a structured three‑bid quoting process.
You will also lead forecasting processes for POS materials, calculating reserve levels while proactively identifying and addressing aging or obsolete inventory. Additional responsibilities include delivering monthly inventory reports to stakeholders and providing finance with monthly budget forecasts and variance analysis for POS and merchandise spending.
This position reports to the Sr. Category Manager, POS & Merch and collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement – 75%
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment between business needs and procurement strategies.
- Lead cost negotiations and support the end-to-end sourcing of retail and on‑premise merchandise programs for U.S. stakeholders.
- Partner with multiple stakeholder groups on product assortment, item selection, item setup, and PO creation, ensuring timely delivery of merchandise against agreed-upon timelines.
- Maintain an annual cost‑savings target of $1–2M.
- Influence and guide the development of POS items.
- Support organizational change management initiatives as needed.
- Identify relevant supply sources and emerging innovations in the marketplace.
- Negotiate supplier agreements and commercial terms to deliver value, quality, and operational efficiency.
Forecasting, Planning & Accounting Activities – 25%
- Monitor POS inventory and reserve levels, taking proactive action on aging and obsolete items.
- Deliver monthly inventory reports to stakeholders ensuring visibility to inventory on hand and any risks.
- Prepare financial variance analyses (actuals and forecasts), highlight risks/opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and the POS Merch team.
Key Ingredients:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field and/or 3+ years of experience in procurement, financial planning, accounting, or a similar function.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and financial modeling to drive accuracy and strategic planning
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex problems, and deliver results on time.
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and supplier or category financial management.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
