Crafted Highlights: 
In the role of Supply Manager – Contract Manufacturing working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Procurement team.  The Supply Manager will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies for 3-7 categories, with significant spend and/or strategic importance for the company’s beyond beer aspirations.    You will use prospecting techniques to build a network of co-mans, as well as strategic sourcing principles including spend analysis, contract management, negotiations and supplier management. 

This position reports to Director of Procurement and works closely with cross-functional teams. 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Prospect a network of contract manufacturers for innovations not yet made at Molson Coors facilities.  
  • Execute key Supplier Relationship Management routines such as score carding and performance check-ins through Key Performance Indicators. 
  • Lead negotiations and implementation activities and ensure contract compliance once agreement is signed 
  • Responsible for delivering category results objectives on a national level 
  • Manage key supplier relationships 
  • Manage commercial, finance and supply chain stakeholders and be able to partner with internal stakeholders to align on company priorities 
  • Maintain an annual cost savings target 
  • Responsible for assessing and managing category risks and opportunities 
  • Responsible for managing category annual operating plan cycle and supporting budget processes 

  

Key Ingredients: 

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience 
  • You are strong in category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and contract negotiation skills 
  • Initiative to prospect and establish relationships with new suppliers. 
  • Ability to manage projects and a willingness to learn high level technical elements of onboarding a new contract manufacturer.  
  • SAP experience and Industry certification (ISM, CIPS) are preferred 
  • You have broad based experience in multinational category management and international teams 
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience (4+ years) in lieu of a degree

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
