As a Supply Chain IT Intern you will be part of our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors’ undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns. The internship is a full-time summer position from May 4 - August 7 (Canada interns) and May 27 - August 7 (U.S. interns).
Housing assistance is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Applicants must be an undergraduate student (enrolled in undergraduate courses), during the summer internship, to participate in the Early Talent Program. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are considered for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company, upon graduation.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
Join our dynamic IT Supply Chain Solution Delivery team at Molson Coors as a summer intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience working with enterprise-grade technologies and agile delivery practices that support our global supply chain operations. You’ll collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and delivery teams to help design, build, and support digital solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across our supply chain.
- Collaborating with solution architects and solution delivery teams to support the design and documentation of supply chain solutions.
- Assisting in the analysis and mapping of business processes to technical capabilities within SAP and integrated platforms.
- Supporting the creation and validation of functional and technical design documents, including process flows, configuration guides, and integration specifications.
- Helping monitor system health and performance through reporting and analytics tools.
- Participating in ceremonies and contributing to deliverables, including testing and defect resolution.
- Exploring emerging technologies and automation opportunities within the supply chain space.
Key Ingredients:
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Science – relevant studies in STEM related degrees also applicable
- You are curious, adaptable and willing to learn
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus but not required.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) experience is strongly preferred
- Software development experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Thrives in ambiguous situations
