In the role of Supply Chain Performance Analyst working onsite in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Supply Chain Digital Capabilities team. You will effectively utilize information systems and business processes to gather and analyze information with recommendations for service and performance improvements.
This position reports to the Manager, Supply Chain Performance Management, and works closely with our Supply Chain team, as well as our cross functional partners throughout the organization.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
• Use analytical tools to create insights and provide recommendations for improvement in performance metrics across Supply Chain operations.
• Educates stakeholders on key metrics and drivers of performance results tied to business outcomes.
• Seeks ways to continuously improve Supply Chain execution results by partnering with key stakeholders to identify data gaps.
• Develops strategies into action plans, sets priorities for others, exerts influence and makes decisions within limited guidance on behalf of team.
• Provides ad-hoc analysis for all areas of Supply Chain, as appropriate, and support Senior Performance analysts for their broader ongoing development initiatives.
• Communicates relevant updates to the stakeholder functions regarding supported and ongoing reporting and analytics projects.
Key Ingredients:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Operations Management, related field, or equivalent professional experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in Analytics, with a focus on Supply Chain, is preferred.
• Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment focusing on analytics.
• You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
• You are serious about delivering results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
• You are a skilled critical thinker focused on driving change; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Objects and SAP transactional systems and processes.
