In the role of Supply Chain Digital Deployment Lead working in Milwaukee, you will be the key liaison between MCBC Supply Chain, Operations, WCSC, and IT teams to enable our digital transformation aspirations. This position reports to Dir. Supply Chain Digital Enablement.
- You will provide strategic and tactical thought leadership, as SC SME, to influence identification, design, development, and deployment of new SC digital value opportunities or transformational initiatives.
- You will collaborate with MCBC Supply Chain and WCSC teams to facilitate people change management to ensure skill building for, adoption of, and sustainment of digital applications.
- You will collaborate with IT, WCSC, GPO, IBP, Finance, and SC Business Process Owners to ensure alignment with Digital Strategy, Finance controls, and End to End Processes.
- You will coach, support and guide SMEs and users to anchor processes and share learnings.
- You will promote identification of new value-add digital use cases and value improvements to existing use cases in alignment with SC Digital roadmap. Consider future ways of working as well as regional and centralization opportunities.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT/ Supply Chain, or another relevant field, OR 5+ years of experience in CPG industry managing digital change withing supply chain planning, order fulfillment, or operations functions.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $96,600.00 - $126,700.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
