The Headlines:   

In the role of Supply Chain Associate you will be part of the SC Planning and Distribution teams.  You will go through multiple rotations to get an understanding of the following areas:

 

  • Operate Supply Planning process for the purpose of developing and executing integrated supply plans across the network. (Breweries, Materials, Import, Export, Co-Manufacturing, and Canadian Operations). 
  • Get a broad understanding of transportation and distribution touching areas of outbound, full goods, dunnage, reverse logistics, load control, space management, and Canadian distribution operations. 
  • Learn about Demand Planning data, tools, and processes by maintaining data integrity, reporting maintenance, performing ad-hoc analysis for the America’s, and own the process for one segment of the business.
  • Learn about integrated business planning principles, by supporting the Supply Chain reporting & analytics team.  Work with stakeholders to develop and optimize reporting, identify trends and insights through review of key data, and create storytelling through visualization.
  • Support on projects across several of our Supply Chain Partnerships (Imports, Exports, Craft Breweries, and Contract Manufacturing) gaining exposure to innovation while optimizing processes.

The Other Qualifications: 

  • You are a recent or upcoming graduate with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or another relevant field OR equivalent experience (4+ years)
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
