Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Supplier Quality Specialist working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be part of the Brewing Innovation and Quality Team. You will build systems and processes that will ensure materials and raw ingredients entering our sites meets Molson Coors quality standards.
This position reports to the Manager Supplier Quality, Import/Export, Draught and works closely with suppliers, procurement, brewery, VOP, and R&D.
- Supplier Performance Monitoring: Review and assess supplier performance (supplier plant audits, quality incident data management). Analyze quality incident data trends and supplier performance data using SPC (CTQ, KPI). Assess supplier quality performance in quarterly scorecards.
- Supplier Performance Management: Review and report supplier KPIs and performance vs. goals monthly/ quarterly/ annually. Identify quality trends and improvement opportunities, and close existing performance and compliance gaps.
- Partner with R&D to address gaps and adjustments to material specifications (based on regulatory, performance, incidents). Partners with procurement to ensure Supplier Quality standards are up to date & included in contracts with Suppliers. Collect, review and approve supplier documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Partnerships & Stakeholder management: Partner with procurement & supply chain to ensure supply continuity. Review/ approve new materials/ designs/ suppliers to allow for innovation, supply diversification, and COGS reduction initiatives.
Key Ingredients:
- You have at least 3-5 years experience in Quality, Technical, or Operations role within a manufacturing environment with preferred focus on brewing/beverage and/or packaging
- You are a certified Supplier Quality Professional
- You possess a certification in Lean Six Sigma
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks while staying organized
- Excellent communication, coaching, and decision-making skills.
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
- You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,100.00 - $143,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
