The Headlines:  

 

In the role of Sr. Specialist, People Development working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you will be part of the North American Commercial People Development team.  The person will lead the design, development, and execution of enterprise/functional onboarding and professional development programs aligned to their specific assigned client group.  You will be the program manager for development programs, partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders, and with project managers for new initiatives in your assigned client group.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Program manager for onboarding, monitoring effectiveness, and making continuous improvements to maximize leader and business impact for your assigned client group.
  • Assist with embedding people development capabilities into the business and monitoring the effectiveness and impact
  • Collaborating with Client group leaders and teams to identify, prioritize and deliver on areas of opportunities to build world class capabilities 
  • Execute against learning delivery strategies and standards to ensure quality, consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Serve as an effective developer of talent and operate efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment.

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree
  • You have at least 3 years of progressive HR experience with a strong preference for previous experience in learning solutions and programs.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. 
  • You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy 
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
