The Headlines:
In the role of Sr. Platforms Engineer working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Information Technology team reporting to the Sr. Manager, Software Engineering. You will be responsible for the robust, scalable, and secure operations of our primary commercial platforms. You drive the roadmap for automating the product development lifecycle, enhancing efficiency, ensuring appropriate licensing and usage, and reducing manual intervention. You will help ensure our product teams can build capability quickly and seamlessly on our platforms.
In this role, you will work with maintenance and platform teams to monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to keep our systems running smoothly. The collaboration with the development teams is a must, along with ensuring the platforms implement stringent security protocols. You will work with many MCBC partners, such as the suppliers of our Software-as-a-Service platforms and outsourcing vendors. This role holds those vendors accountable to ensure MCBC's needs are met.
The Responsibilities:

Monitor performance of the commercial technology stack components and integrations, troubleshoot issues, evaluate licensing and system usage/storage, and make necessary updates (or ensure application maintenance team makes updates) to keep systems running smoothly.

Develop and maintain platform policies, processes and infrastructure that support seamless capability delivery on our commercial technology stack, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

Create and drive a roadmap for continuous improvement of our delivery process and pipeline.

Work closely with development, data, and product teams to understand their requirements and ensure that the infrastructure meets their needs both in the short term and long term.

Work with security team and DevSecOps team members to implement and maintain security protocols. Run testing and evaluations to protect against potential threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Automate various aspects of the product development lifecycle to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Lead efforts to ensure end-to-end testing is done in collaboration with all impacted stakeholders, including outside partners.

Coordinate with the enterprise platforms and architecture teams to ensure that the commercial platforms adhere to enterprise standards and ways of working and contribute to technical communities of practice.

Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our platforms and maintain our competitive edge.
The Other Qualifications:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering OR equivalent experience.

You have at least 5-8 years of experience working with delivery teams creating digital commercial capabilities on platforms for pricing, customer relationship management, customer engagement, first party data, pricing and promotion, etc. This includes the platforms typically deployed to integrate software-as-a-service components of a commercial technology stack.

You have a high degree of collaboration and communication skills, such that business understanding of the problems at hand can be translated into highly technical roadmaps for enabling the business into the future.

You have understanding of the design of infrastructure, monitoring, automation and security needs of a diverse commercial technology stack.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $107,000.00 - $140,400.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
