In the role of Sr. Platforms Engineer - Salesforce based in Milwaukee, WI, you will be a key member of the Information Technology team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Software Engineering. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliable, scalable, and secure operation of Salesforce and our commercial platforms. Working in an agile environment, you will help guide the roadmap for automating the product development lifecycle and streamlining DevOps practices.

You will work closely with development teams, platform teams, and SaaS vendors to ensure the platform ecosystem runs reliably and meets MCBC expectations. You will build platform capabilities that simplify workflows and streamline delivery. You will also hold external partners accountable for performance, quality, and compliance.

What You'll Be Brewing:  

Platform Operations & Governance

  • Monitor the performance and reliability of our Salesforce organizations, clouds and integrations. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, evaluate licensing, storage, and usage patterns.
  • Maintain a proactive view of capacity and performance trends to ensure platform resilience, scalability, and reliability to balance business demand with cost effectiveness.

Delivery & Automation

  • Influence platform roadmap to improve our delivery processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices to support faster, more reliable deployments.
  • Identify opportunities to automate the product development lifecycle, reducing manual work and supporting agile delivery practices.

 

CrossTeam Collaboration

  • Work closely with development, product, and data teams to understand their evolving needs, ensuring platform supports both shortterm and longterm capability growth.
  • Partner with architecture teams to maintain alignment with enterprise standards, architectural principles, and general ways of working.
  • Continually monitor and refine security protocols, partnering with security teams, and adhering to industry standards.

 

Quality, Testing, & Vendor Coordination

  • Provide leadership for endtoend testing efforts, coordinating with impacted stakeholders and external partners, ensuring high-quality and fully integrated solutions.
  • Hold vendors accountable for delivering services that meet MCBC’s operational, security, and performance expectations.

 

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, platform engineering practices, DevOps advancements, and relevant technologies to help maintain a competitive and modern platform ecosystem.
  • Proactively bring forward recommendations for enhancements that improve platform usability, scalability, and developer experience.

Key Ingredients:  

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering OR equivalent experience. 
  • You have 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce in an administrator, developer, or senior engineering capacity.
  • You have experience leading DevOps practices, overseeing environment management, multienvironment deployments, and releasing productionready code through CI/CD pipelines.
  • You have a solid understanding of infrastructure design, platform monitoring, automation practices, and security requirements within Salesforce.
  • You can translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable, and technically sound roadmaps that guide future platform capabilities.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of business priorities.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,100.00 - $143,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
