The Headlines:   

  • In the role of Sr. Materials Planning Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI, you will develop materials planning process to support company’s overall integrated product supply plans across Molson Coors US Domestic business. You will also lead execution of material plans across multiple locations totaling up to $1 billion in spend annually.

The Responsibilities: 

  • Creates monthly/yearly materials material plans to match S&OP process and supply plans
  • Aligns supplier sourcing and AOP to meet company S&OP/STR targets
  • Manages inventory across multiple breweries and warehouses, and execute runout of those materials to avoid obsolete material cost
  • Owns execution of materials into production facilities and helps coordinate day to day PO issues from suppliers to brewery
  • Updates material executional plans weekly and ensure suppliers can execute our needs
  • Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, both inside and outside of Integrated Supply Chain to including IBP, Marketing, Finance and Brewery Operations.
  • Work with peer group to develop and manage effective cross-functional processes, standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Provide input to process development and implement best practices across our supply chain, specific to materials management
  • Ability to organize large amounts of data in a meaningful and concise format – and to be able to speak to the data and drive decisions and future plans
  • Demonstrate an ability to mentor and foster growth of the team members around them
  • Embraces Strategic thought and planning, has credibility to influence business leaders in order to add value deliver solutions to optimize the business
  • Demonstrates resilience and flexibility to manage strategic, situational, and tactical organizational challenges



The Other Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of progressive Supply Chain leadership experience
  • Prior experience in Supply Chain management, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Forecasting, Sales & Consumer Goods industries
  • Either a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or Business OR have equivalent related work experience.
  • Experience working with suppliers
  • Experience developing and executing material plans
  • Engages others to initiate and embrace change in order to build on current strengths of MolsonCoors and to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • The orientation to think in system-wide terms with regard to the functions within MolsonCoors and external partners working with MolsonCoors.
  • Able to translate data into meaningful information to help influence actionable plans
