In the role of Sr Compensation Partner working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be part of the Americas Total Rewards Team supporting the US and Canada Sales function in all aspects of compensation and beyond working directly with the business within your assigned client groups including, but not limited to, job offers, salary administration, annual compensation planning process (ACP), job evaluation, and incentive programs. This role will also support other HR programs that are offered to our employees as part of their total rewards package.
This position reports to the Manager Total Rewards - Compensation and collaborates with all members of the Total Rewards team, HRBPs and the business to drive the design, structure, and administration of compensation and HR programs to meet the needs of the business while ensuring strong governance and local compliance of all programs. The role will work closely with other partners including talent acquisition, external vendors, legal, finance, payroll and GBS teams to ensure alignment, administration, and communication of assigned programs.
What You’ll Be Brewing:

As a subject matter expert on all facets of total rewards, develops great relationships to support assigned client groups across the Americas. Applies procedures and guidelines to ensure compensation programs are internally equitable and externally competitive.

Develop creative solutions to support business objectives while still upholding the guidelines and philosophies set forth for the entire company.

Supports the annual compensation planning process, working cross-functionally with GBS, Payroll, Finance, HRBPs, Benefits, etc. to ensure the process is executed effectively and on time.

Supports applicable HR programs, including the Canada Vehicle Program, working with external vendors to build good relationships, ensure smooth administration and support our employees. Stays up to date with best practices and provides recommendations on changes to our programs to. Coaches HRBPs and leaders on these programs.

Provides expertise and consultation to HRBPs and client groups on the ACP process, pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, job evaluations, applicable HR program offerings and day-to-day activities.

Administers the Canadian sales incentive compensation program in collaboration with the Commercial Operations team to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Reviews and stays up to date with trends in the compensation and HR programs space. Annually reviews benchmark data for accuracy and implications for assigned client groups. Performs analysis and provides recommendations around adjustments needed to existing programs. Identifies and solves challenges in creative ways ensuring full insight of downstream impacts and long-term consequence.
Key Ingredients:

You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, or business OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of compensation, finance, program administration, or other analytics.

You have experience in roles with direct interaction with HRBPs and the business.

You have experience administering HR programs.

You have demonstrated analytical skills, are detail-oriented, have a deep understanding of business financials, and have a passion for data accuracy.

You navigate complex, emotional, and sensitive matters with either an organization-wide and/or individual employee impact consistent with our values.

You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and previous experience in the use, interpretation, and application of external surveys, internal job evaluation criteria, and salary and incentive administration.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $94,000.00 - $123,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
