The Headlines

In the role of Sr. Supply Manager – IT  working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Procurement team.  The  Sr. Supply Manager will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies, leading supplier negotiations, leading strategic RFPs, , contract management, negotiations and supplier management. Main categories of support are all IT categories.

 

This position reports to Sr. Category Manager - IT Procurement and works closely with cross functional teams.

 

The ideal candidate for this role brings a passion for IT procurement, stakeholder and business partnerships, strategy development, and creative problem solving.

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Annual creation, maintenance, and presentation of category strategies to peers and senior leadership.
  • Facilitate competitive RFPs, lead negotiations and support implementation activities to ensure contract compliance once agreement is signed.
  • Manages category suppliers, including facilitation of regular business reviews, score carding and monitoring KPIs.
  • Responsible for delivering category results objectives for North America.
  • Manage 100-250 supplier relationships
  • Foster strategic stakeholder relationships and partner with internal stakeholders to align and deliver on company priorities
  • Maintain a cost savings target of $1-4M per year as aligned with the IT organization and meet or exceed annual procurement cost savings (TPFV) goal.
  • Responsible for assessing and managing category risks and opportunities and providing strategic procurement insight to the IT business.
  • Responsible for managing category annual operating plan cycle and creation of annual LRP.
  • Responsible for delivering on Supplier Diversity goals.
  • Responsible for supporting and facilitating Supplier Relationship Management activities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize across multiple responsibilities, projects, and tasks to deliver value to the organization.
  • Ability to identify and implement innovative approaches to all IT Procurement activities.
  • Contribute to the team and functional culture in a positive way, prioritizing Molson Coors’ corporate values, through your work.

The Other Qualifications:

  • 4 or more years of relevant category experience in IT Procurement directly. Expert category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Industry certification (ISM, CIPS) are preferred. 
  • Contract management, spend analysis, and e-sourcing tools experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field such as business administration, supply chain management, or other relevant experience in procurement.
  • Experience in IT Procurement categories, including Hardware, Software, Services, Telecom, and Security.
  • SAP experience and Microsoft O365 is desired.
