The Headlines:
In the role of Sr. Supply Manager – Containers working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Procurement team. The Sr. Supply Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Category Manager with developing and executing category strategies for containers in North America as well as supporting other supply chain and cost saving initiatives in the containers category. You will use strategic sourcing principles including spend analysis, market intelligence, contract management, negotiations, risk mitigation, and supplier management. You must be self-driven, a team player, organized, a complex problem solver, strong with managing ambiguity and comfortable speaking to a wide range of audience including senior leaders.
This position reports to the Sr. Category Manager of Containers and works closely with cross functional teams across North America.
The Responsibilities:
• Responsible for delivering category objectives on a North America level, including cost savings targets
• Manages category suppliers, including supply assurance, scorecards and monitoring contractual KPIs
• Reviews daily and short-term horizon capacity with suppliers, and provides input to long-term sourcing and contracting strategy
• Works closely with Supply Chain teams to support brewery escalations on supply assurance and quality
• Participates in project management organization (PMO)-led projects through supplier communication and execution (initial system setup and ongoing price management)
• Uses strong project management skills when navigating through crisis or change management situations.
• Manage stakeholders and be able to partner with internal stakeholders, especially Material Planning, R&D, Engineering, Breweries & Finance, regarding category strategies, risk management, and budgeting
• Support negotiations and implementation activities and ensure contract compliance once agreement is signed
• Responsible for assessing and managing category risks and opportunities
• Responsible for managing category annual operating plan cycle and support budget processes
The Other Qualifications:
• 4 or more years of relevant experience. Expert category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analysis, and contract negotiation skills.
• Contract management, spend analysis, and e-sourcing tools experience. Industry certification (ISM, CIPS) is preferred, not required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $94,600.00 - $124,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
