In the role of Sr. Staff Brewer working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Supply Chain team.  You will provide expert technical leadership across brewing and beverage production, supporting plant projects, troubleshooting operational issues, and driving continuous improvement. It leads product and process innovation by applying advanced knowledge in brewing and both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverage production. The Senior Staff Brewer conducts production trials, evaluates engineering recommendations, and analyzes material–equipment interactions to validate new products, ingredients, equipment, and process changes across beer, seltzer, flavored malt beverages, and NA categories. 

 

This position reports to Sr. Manager Brewing and Process and will support in startups of new or modified systems, ensuring alignment with both current and future brewing requirements. Additionally, the role develops and maintains technical documentation and standards while recommending and implementing system improvements that enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and overall technical capability across production facilities. 

 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Provide brewing and beverage production expertise to support plant projects, troubleshoot issues, and optimize brewing and beverage operations and procedures.
  • Lead and support product and process innovation by applying subjectmatter knowledge in brewing, cider making, fermentation, and alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverage production.
  • Conduct trials, analyze data, and assess material–equipment interactions to validate new products, ingredients, equipment, and process changes across beer, seltzer, FMB, and NA categories.

 

 

Key Ingredients: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Biological science, chemistry, engineering and/or related science field OR equivalent experience
  • You have at least 5 years experience in Professional brewing or related occupation in a commercial liquid beverage manufacturing and high-speed packaging environment
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $96,600.00 - $126,700.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
