Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Sr. Quality Specialist- Brewing working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Brewing, Innovation and Quality team.  You will be the Corporate Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the quality of the Brewing operations.  This role supports strategic company goals and ensures product quality across our breweries and portfolio.  You will establish, implement, and maintain quality documents for operational quality.  You will audit to MCBC standards including assigning non-conformances/follow-ups, assist with process quality data analysis/tools, and lead enterprise process area quality team community meetings/forums.  Additionally, you will assist with breweries non-conforming product dispositions and are resources for the tools to track/eliminate losses.

 

This position reports to Director QFS and works closely with Corporate Brewing and North American Brewery Quality Departments including Quality Managers, Lab Managers, Quality Specialists and other corporate functions.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the quality models/standards/specifications for brewing to assist breweries with quality data, data analysis, troubleshooting, non-conformance dispositions, etc.  Support continuous improvement projects or elimination of losses.
  • Establish, Implement and Maintain (Brewing) quality standards, specifications, work instructions for North American breweries.  Support change management as needed. Audit brewery conformance to the QMS. 
  • Support respective quality communities by leading process area specific teams for collaboration, networking, data sharing, best practice sharing, etc.
  • Support rollouts of new initiatives/product development, new data collection tools, WCSC tools, etc. as needed

 

Key Ingredients:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Science (Food, Chemical, Computer, Engineering or Business Admin OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of (Quality, Brewing, or  CPG) 
  • You have at least 3-5 years experience in brewing or quality fields.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $94,000.00 - $123,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
