The Senior Manager Product Solution Owner serves as the Product Manager and IT Lead for customer & consumer-facing capabilities, inclusive of ordering, production execution planning, order changes, order fulfillment, digital engagement & notifications, etc. to drive efficient consumer/customer/supplier alignment and high satisfaction with the path to purchase. Working out of our Milwaukee, Wi office, this person’s leadership bridges technical delivery teams, business stakeholders, and voice of the customer to design, enhance, and sustain IT solutions. The position is accountable for optimizing enterprise value by balancing prioritized features, costs, timeline, technical debt, and data considerations.
In the near term, this role acts as the IT lead as part of a broader SAP/ERP transformation program – partnering with a business lead and solution integration (SI) partner leader to deliver a transformed wholesaler ordering process and user experience. Over time, this role will look after other products such as digital marketing, establishing roadmaps & a clear product vision to deliver against objectives & key results (OKRs).
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Lead cross-functional product teams bridging agile (Salesforce.com/o9 Solutions) and waterfall (SAP) delivery methodologies to drive design, development, and delivery of the new B2B customer ordering experience
- Deliver and scale consumer/customer technology solutions while informing and supporting the rationalization of legacy tools
- Support functional leaders in change management and user adoption of delivered solutions to ensure value is delivered
- Own and manage requirements and product backlogs, prioritizing work vs. fixed timelines & budgets; ensure successful end-to-end product delivery including design, development, testing, UAT, and deployment, partnering with the IT department and solution integration partners
Key Ingredients:
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in technology leadership or IT
- 5+ years of Product Management, Product Development, Business Strategy
- Previous experience in a business partnering role or product leadership role
- Experience delivering technology solutions including business-specific and enterprise applications in alignment with business objectives
- Experience leading cross-functional product teams in the Manufacturing or Consumer Products industry
- Experience implementing and utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies for development in a technology organization
- Accountability for results, integrity, and honoring commitments

- Experience with SAP, Salesforce.com, digital marketing solutions, and/or o9 Solutions a strong plus

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $129,900.00 - $170,500.00 (posting salary range) + 20% target short term incentive + $12,500 + 400 Non-Qualified Stock Options target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
