In the role of IT Application Support Manager working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the North America IT Services Operation team. You will improve operational processes and support critical business strategies by managing the support of a large portfolio of applications that drive our business. You will oversee the operational excellence of our managed service provider helping to drive service excellence by tracking critical and key service indicators, drive continual service improvement and drive overall MSP governance at the management level. You will lead transition to RUN activities for large scale projects making sure that application and system projects are delivered with quality and consistency.
This position reports to the Director Application Support and works closely with regional IT and business stakeholders to understand application support needs and manage the third-party service providers responsible for fulfilling those needs. These IT services support critical business operations, directly affecting the business, so this role has significant responsibility in ensuring the services are delivered without issue.
What You'll Be Brewing:
- Manage relationships with third parties to ensure the effective running of IT applications, ensuring consistent adherence to and proper execution of agreed policies and procedures by all parties
- Oversee activities associated with monitoring, analysis, and reporting of application service provider performance
- Develop plans to identify and fix root causes of application outages and incidents following agreed upon change control and release management processes
- Act as point of escalation for IT service delivery concerns form the business and IT management for your area, ensuring business impacts are identified and discussed
- Collaborate with project teams and application/service transition team to ensure that new services and upgrades are implemented without adverse impact the company’s critical core system
Key Ingredients:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of application development or delivery
- You have at least 8 years experience in IT; strongly prefer at least 2 years in management and strong background in IT service operations managing outside service providers
- You have experience supporting complex systems in an AWS Cloud environment.
- AWS cloud certification is not required but a nice to have.
- You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $129,900.00 - $170,500.00 (posting salary range) + 20% target short term incentive + target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
