The Headlines:

In the role of Sr Financial Analyst working in our Milwaukee, WI brewery, you will be part of the Brewery Finance team. You will provide finance support delivering reporting for actual results, forecasting, budgeting and control policies, procedures and processes at the department level while supporting the entire brewery as needed.

This position reports to the Brewery Finance Manager and works closely with brewery operational teams and Regional World Class Supply Chain Pillars.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Partners with business owners to understand underlying business processes to reduce waste and improve efficiencies in the brewery. 
  • Prepares, analyzes, and reviews periodic financial performance with department owners and supports month end close and forecast processes.
  • Supports and facilitates annual financial budgeting process.
  • Coordinates and participates in physical inventories.
  • Support and participate in World Class Supply Chain activities to drive improvements.
  • Prepare business cases and ROI proposals for capital projects. 
  • Mentor analyst new hires at home brewery as well as other breweries in area of expertise.
  • Lead network wide best practice initiatives in areas of expertise (brewing / packaging / distribution) which could be in budgeting, actuals reporting, waste reporting, accounting activities, etc.
  • Leaders for brewing/packaging/warehouse analyst communities.
  • Lead “community calls” focused on best practices.
  • “Expert Users” for brewery finance academy modules.
  • Lead/Co-lead System Implementation efforts.
  • Serve as brewery representation on standardization projects.
  • Back-up WCSC Pillar lead for the Focused Improvement or Supply Network Pillars.
  • Demonstrates the initiative to drive change and influence others in support of the brewery’s goals and objectives.
  • Take a systematic approach to evaluating alternatives and make recommendations to management.

 

Key Ingredients:

  • You have a relative 4-year degree and at least 4+ years of financial analyst experience.
  • You have strong Excel skills and experience with various financial and software systems.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly, accurately, and adeptly with your understanding of business priorities.
  • You have strong critical thinking skills and can navigate ambiguity.
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent relationships within the business.
  • You are naturally curious and have a strong desire to develop analytical and predictive models to support business needs.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
