Title: Sr. Business Intelligence and Analytics Designer

Job Description: The Sr. Business Intelligence and Analytics Designer (multiple positions open) at Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC in Milwaukee, WI will design, develop, deploy, and implement Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions to address business requirements. Report on the progress of system development projects and ensure that those projects are carried out in accordance with technical standards and procedures. Serve as a point of escalation for the support team. Understand user needs to design and implement technical solutions, including SAP BW, HANA, Business Objects, and Analysis for Office. Utilize agile and/or DevOps as necessary. Act as technical leader and subject matter expert in full life-cycle system implementations and in designated functional domains and provide technical and analytic support to third-party stakeholders. May telecommute up to two days per week.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of in a professional data analytics, or related, occupation. Must include 5 years of experience with each of the following: (1) design, develop, deploy, and transition BI and analytics technical solutions to address business requirements; (2) technical skills in BI and Analytics solutions, including SAP BW, HANA, Business Objects, and Analysis for Office; and (3) one full life-cycle system implementation or three full life-cycle system change initiatives.
