The Headlines:  


In the role of Space Lab Team Lead working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Commercial Centra of Excellent.  The person will lead a specialized group of space analysts through schematic project work for our national and regional teams as well as managing our JDA Cloud platform with a specialized group of Solution Designers that deliver against quality and efficiency goals. 


This position reports to the Sr. Manager for Space Lab and works closely with internal and external customers to help contribute to the retailer space and assortment strategy to enable category growth. 


The Responsibilities:   

  • Be a strong people leader. You must energize and inspire a team that is both highly technical and client facing.  You will hire, train and manage the learning plan and development of 10+ direct reports. 

  • Develop and implement MolsonCoorsspace management planning tools, enabling MillerCoors and its distributors to achieve MolsonCoors sales and distribution goals with chain customers.  

  • Leverage deep understanding of MolsonCoors Space Strategies and tactics and comprehensive understanding of MlolsonCoors technology platform to enhance, define, and develop solutions to increase effectiveness and efficiencies of MillerCoors and distributor stakeholders. 

  • Actively participate in projects and drive a team process that delivers project on time and with excellent. 

The Other Qualifications:  

  • You have a bachelor degree. 

  • Blue Yonder (Formerly known as JDA) Experience
  • Excel, Microsoft Access experience preferred
  • Leading a team of Solution Designers to deliver new tools to Blue Yonder users to increase efficiency & quality of planogram development
  • You have 6+ years of experience with Space and Category Management 

  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business  

  • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
