The Headlines:  

In the role of Solutions Designer working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the North America IT team.  The person will build and/or run application solutions for an area of the business, keeping up on market trends and best practices to help identify opportunities of improvement. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, who can work as a great partner to the business.   


The Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and/or run service and solution processes, aiding in testing and implementation
  • Identifies, proposes and initiates software process improvement activities within your area of expertise
  • Contribute to decisions on product, tool and method selection, providing input on industry trends
  • Partners with third-party providers to ensure on time and successful development, delivery and operation of application services and solutions




  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or similar degree) OR equivalent experience (4+years) in the field of Information Technology
  • You have 4 years of experience in a Process Industry, preferably Consumer Products focused on Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing systems and solutions
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in SAP APO (PP-DS).
  • You have knowledge/deep understanding of Supply Planning concepts
  • Participation in phases of at least 1 full lifecycle of an ERP (SAP) Implementation
  • Excellent Communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent Training skills: effectively deliver training materials



  • You have knowledge/deep understanding of Demand Planning concepts
  • You have knowledge/deep understanding of Infor Production Scheduling
  • Possesses knowledge of SQL queries
  • Possesses experience of Microsoft Excel, PivotTable, VLookup, etc
  • Possesses experience of data cleansing
