As a Salesforce Solution Architect based in Milwaukee, WI you will serve as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor shaping the future of our Commercial technology landscape. You will define and guide the architecture for Salesforce solutions that support sales, service, and marketing capabilities. Partnering closely with business and technology teams, you will design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across Sales Cloud, CG Cloud, Field Service Lightning, B2B, and Experience Cloud, integrated with enterprise systems.

This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with a desire to learn every day, who brings a systems thinking perspective and experience designing Salesforce solutions for business outcomes.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

· Solution Development: Design Salesforce based solutions to solve business needs, considering factors like cost, performance, scalability and reuse, operational

efficiency, and security in alignment with enterprise architecture standards and strategy.

· Technical Authority: Lead solution design sessions, deep-dives, design reviews and hands on proof-of-concept efforts. Establish best practices for maintainable, high performing solutions and provide guidance to agile delivery teams and partners.

· Customer Focus: Develop an understanding of relevant internal business functions and associated challenges, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

· Strategic Influence: Partner with product management to shape features and enablers that deliver measurable business value and outcomes. Coach product owner and technical delivery teams on the application of Salesforce capabilities and customer experience patterns.

· Innovation & Best Practices: Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities for opportunities to improve customer experience or reduce technical debt. Support continuous improvement across the Commercial technology stack.

· Mentorship & Enablement: Mentor and develop technical talent, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. Provide guidance that enables incremental, customer-focused delivery in an Agile Release Train.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across IT, business, and external partners to deliver integrated, secure, and high-performing enterprise class solutions that support Commercial growth and transformation.

 

Key Ingredients: 

· You have 5+ years of progressive experience in delivering Salesforce solutions

· 7+ years of experience in IT roles, with 1-3 years of experience in architecture roles

· Salesforce certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder +

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing at all levels and translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

· You possess a deep understanding of modern integration patterns, data architecture, and security best practices, with experience operating in complex global environments

· Experience with Salesforce environments integrated with SAP environments a plus

· Working knowledge of agile and DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering principles.

· You are passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and elevating technical standards across teams.

· You consistently take ownership, drive results, act with integrity, and build collaborative relationships in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $126,500.00 - $166,100.00 (posting salary range) + 15target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
