Job Description: The Solution Architect - Salesforce (multiple positions open) at Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC in Milwaukee, WI will develop software application solutions for an area of business and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop process and functional specifications for deploying new software functions or changes in the software applications and systems landscape. Guide and support the implementation of software and hardware upgrades. Provide expert level product/process knowledge. Oversee build and test of software services and solutions from a build perspective, acting as a key design authority during the design process and defining the technical criteria for product selection. Guide implementation work under technical direction of IT management. Contribute to decisions on product, tool, and method selection, providing input on industry trends. Monitor and report on the progress of software systems development projects, ensuring they are aligned with business processes and standards. Guide and integrate cross-functional teams (SAP, non-SAP) to implement integrated business software solutions including system, integration, product, performance testing, cutover, implementation, stabilization and turnover after stabilization. Design software environment landscape and refresh strategy. Ensure detailed software architecture and design is in accordance with the Enterprise architecture strategy. May telecommute up to 2 days per week.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of professional experience designing, developing, and implementing systems and solutions that leverage cloud and on-premise technologies. Employer will also accept 7 years of professional experience designing, developing, and implementing systems and solutions that leverage cloud and on-premise technologies. Must include 5 years of experience with each of the following: (1) Salesforce and its platform components applied in a B2B and B2C business model, including Salesforce Cloud Craze B2B commerce; (2) Salesforce Maps Advanced and Territory Management; (3) SAP CRM and SAP ECC; (4) integration patterns; (5) project management delivery methodologies, including waterfall and Agile operating models; (6) delivering iterations as a member of Scrum team; (7) working across functional teams to drive commercial solutions into supply chain and back office; (8) DevSecOps; (9) CI/CD pipeline, including change management and configuration management; and (10) quality assurance testing.
