Crafted Highlights:
In the role of Senior Financial Analyst – Distribution Supply Chain, working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Finance team. You will provide financial planning and analysis for U.S. Distribution, supporting ISC operations and driving insights that influence key business decisions. You will lead the development of the annual operating plan (AOP), analyze variances, perform ad-hoc analysis, and partner closely with supply chain leaders to optimize performance.
This position reports to U.S. Distribution Manager and works closely with various levels of ISC Finance and ISC Operations teams.
The Responsibilities:
- Provide financial support for U.S. Distribution, including freight, fuel, third-party warehouses, and other cost categories.
- Partner with supply chain leaders to deliver accurate inputs for key financial deliverables and reports.
- Develop deep understanding of distribution operations to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Build strong relationships across supply chain finance and operations teams to foster collaboration.
- Consolidate and analyze monthly results, identifying key drivers and trends.
- Lead accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
The Other Qualifications:
- You bring 4+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, ideally within supply chain or logistics.
- You have strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and supply chain operations.
- You are proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems, and experienced with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- You excel at analyzing large datasets and delivering clear, concise variance explanations.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You build collaborative relationships and influence outcomes through effective communication.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $81,600.00 - $107,100.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
